4 slices sourdough bread (toasted or untoasted) 1 large avocado, sliced thinly 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced or pounded thin
Directions: Heat a grill pan over high heat. Add chicken and grill for about 3 minutes on each side. In a separate pan, fry bacon until just crispy. Drain bacon. Assemble sandwiches, layering chicken and bacon with avocado.
