I wish I had seen this earlier. I didn't have eggs but all the other stuff. Looks good.
ReplyDeleteCoconut and brownies...why haven't I thought of this one before?? All you need is mint and you've got a really incredible treat ;)
ReplyDeleteExcellent!
ReplyDeleteAnd you didn't forget about them in the oven like I did...
Never tried brownies with coconut before... sounds like a delightful combination!
ReplyDeleteOh yum!! Now if I can only find which box my cocoa powder is packed in I'll be all set to try them :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great recipe! They look so moist and I love the addition of coconut.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried coconut or vegan brownies before, I'm pretty in love with the Hershey's Best Brownie recipe as featured on the back of the cocoa canister. Inspired by your chocolate cupcakes, with peppermint frosting, I am planning on creating some chocolate peppermint brownies, with bits of crushed candy canes in them.
ReplyDeleteChocolate and coconut - brilliant! They look supergood.
ReplyDeleteCoconut and chocolate sounds like a very nice combination.
ReplyDeleteI've tried chocolate and coconut in cupcakes before, but never brownies. Sounds like a delicious combo!
