
Ingredients:
4 cooked strips of bacon, crumbled
1 lb steamed shrimp
2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Old Bay
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 shallot, minced
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1/2 avocado, diced
juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together. Serve on a roll or bread.
Love this simple salad!

ReplyDeleteI made this for dinner tonight... absolutely fantastic! I made shrimp for me, and substituted diced chicken breast for my boyfriend (he's not a shrimp fan). Both turned out fantastic.
