I love everything about this recipe. I make deviled eggs probably weekly, but rarely get more advanced then adding worcester sauce and harvest grain mustard. This will completely feed into my ability to get the husband to try anything as long as it contains bacon (and/or cheese).
ReplyDeleteYour husband is brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI don't do shrimp, but the addition to your eggs is pretty darn nice! My dad does a lot of cooking at home, which is great b/c it allows my mom to be catered to--a must in every relationship!
ReplyDeleteThank you, thank you!!! I have to make some appetizers for two baby showers within the next three weeks, and I think this recipe will be a big hit!! I think I will do some with shrimp and some with crab.
ReplyDeleteYour husband is a culinary genius!! Can't wait to give these a try-they are off the hook!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! Did you hear the Lee brothers on NPR talking about shrimp and deviled egg salad? It sounded divine, just like these.

Deviled eggs are always a crowd pleaser as is bacon - a sure winner.
ReplyDeleteMeg,
ReplyDeleteNo! I love the Lee Bros. though, thanks for the link. Shrimp & eggs is a surprisingly great combination. I am not a egg salad person but that might tempt me over to the dark side!
LOVELY. I just want to go to the market now and get me some shrimp! i love this! thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteI've had bacon deviled eggs before - YUM. We have a mantra in our house "Bacon makes everything better". But the addition of shrimp is an excellent idea!! Can't wait to try it!
