Ingredients:
4 boneless, farily thick cut pork chops
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
salt
pepper
Directions:

I've always had trouble with pork drying out. I started getting bone in chops and had the butcher cut them a little on the thick side. It seems to help a lot. This recipe looks so simple and delicious.
ReplyDeleteThose tongs are adorable!
ReplyDeleteI never understood why people press down on the meat on the grill!
ReplyDeleteI especially love the tongs!!
Perfect grill marks on those pork chops. Yum.
ReplyDeleteHi there! What's a good substitute for red wine vinegar? I'm not sure what that is so I don't think I can find that in our local grocery. Will plain vinegar or red wine do?
ReplyDeleteI'm guilty. I'm one of those with dried pork syndrome when I grill.
Chris
ReplyDeleteRegular vinegar would be fine but I would be surprised if your grocery store doesn't have red wine vinegar. It is pretty common. And cheap, a store brand would be fine in this recipe.
Always looking for new ways to cook pork! Thx for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI love your pig tongs!!
ReplyDeleteYum, those pork chops look delicious! I must agree with everyone else and compliment those adorable tongs. Do you mind me asking where they're from?
