Ingredients:
1 cup Castelvetrano olives
3/4 lb mozzarella balls
2 tablespoons juice from the olives
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature.
