My thoughts:
This salad, while simple to make, is one of the tastiest in my repertoire. I like to think of it as sort of a cross between a club sandwich and a classic shrimp salad. The creaminess of the avocado contrasts nicely with the shrimp and smoky bacon. A yummy change from the everyday.
Love this simple salad!
Bacon, avocado and shrimp? Yes, please! That looks really great. I adore Old Bay and I use it to flavor mayo for fish sandwiches.
Old Bay does not get used enough as a simple seasoning. Delicious!
yum looks delicious and what a simple recipe, thanks for posting!
OH yes! This is right up my alley.
BTW, have you ever tried the triple seafood club at Gunning’s??? I have yet to try it, but a friend goes nuts for it. Shrimp salad, crab cake, bacon, avocado…
This looks right up my alley! I love the addition of the avocado and bacon. Yum!
This looks delicious; I’m saving this recipe to make for lunch one day soon!
Yes to all three! I also appreciate the approachable and flavor-packed nature of this recipe.
This is nice and we love the Old Bay too. Lovely photo! best from Santa Barbara, s
Perfection!!!
I’m giving it a starring role in my lunch line-up.

Yum! What an amazing combo.
What a great idea on the Old Bay and the salad has my favorite things! Wonderful recipe!
A great dish for those warm days ahead when you don’t want to spend all your time over the stove. And including bacon in anything is always a fine idea.
Love the salad…the combination of flavors sounds and looks fantastic!
That looks so tasty!!!!
I made this for dinner tonight… absolutely fantastic! I made shrimp for me, and substituted diced chicken breast for my boyfriend (he’s not a shrimp fan). Both turned out fantastic.
For me, this is a no-brainer winner: YUM.
