
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tricolor mix or red quinoa
3 cups water
1 cup diced rhubarb
1 cup diced strawberries
Directions:
Place the quinoa, water and rhubarb in a small sauce pan. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the strawberries and simmer for 5 additional minutes. Serve immediately.
I agree, this is a great replacement from the same old oatmeal breakfast :) I'd love to try this soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how many servings this is. For the eating plan I'm on I'd have to make it be two servings. This porridge sounds wonderful - so I'm hoping I can persuade my husband to try it.
