1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup dutch process cocoa
1/4 cup malted milk powder*
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons milk
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and the malted milk powder. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Frosts: 12-18 cupcakes or one cake
