- I am now officially a member of the Cookthinktank. Now some of my recipes (along with some from other fabulous bloggers) are available on Cookthink and are fully searchable by dish, cuisine, ingredient and even mood.

- After a lot of reader suggestions, I started a flickr group for Coconut & Lime where you can post pictures of food you’ve made using recipes from this blog. Join and post here.

Interestingly enough, I was trying to come up with a recipe this weekend for some granola type bars to encourage my 15 year old daughter to eat something for breakfast. These sound scrumptious and everything but the ginger I can find in my cupboard at this very minute.
