My thoughts:
This a perfect sweet-tart icing for a summer cupcake or cake. Great blackberry flavor.
Oh yum! I love blackberries and this sounds like the perfect topping on a vanilla cake.
Ive just picked my first blackberries down our lane. Will have to try this one. Colour is gorgeous.
Sounds yum, I emailed this to Mom.
Sounds divine!
I am making my first cake from scratch this weekend and will be trying out this recipe!
Thanks for the great idea!
that sounds absolutely incredible.
one question: could i do this with raspberries?
BusBarista-
I’ve haven’t made it with raspberries but you could give it a try. Blackberries are a little more juicy though.
I used this to make puff pastry tarts with a dollop of this frosting and a single blackberry on top, and it was delicious. Thanks so much for this delicious recipe. I'll be sure to use this again!
