Italian Meatloaf

Italian Meatloaf

1 1/4 lb ground beef
3/4 lb spicy Italian sausage, casings removed
2 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground fresh
freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, using a folding motion until throughly mixed. Do not "over work" the meat. Form into a loaf and insert in loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes or until cooked through.
