Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb broccoli florets, blanched
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup pomegranate airls
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola
dressing:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, onion, pomegranate and Gorgonzola. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing. Drizzle over the salad, toss to coat and evenly distribute.
