  1. I’m envious of all your kitchen activity as of late! I’m going to try to make your meatloaf sometime this week as meatloaf is Cornelius’ favorite meal and I hardly ever make it! This turkey chili looks great and reminds me of my mom’s chili as she always added a bottle of beer to it as well.

  2. Wow! Great blog Rachel! There’s so much delicious-sounding recipes here 🙂 And I love that bacon and brussel sprouts have their own categories…2 things I love 🙂

  3. So that’s how I can use up the leftover turkey… Hmmm… What do you suggest as a okra replacement? I SOOOOO do not have that up here in buttf*** nowhere. Not that I have the tomatoes with chilis either but I think I can find a substitute.

  4. That turkey chili sounds great. I’ll have to try it with all the leftovers we’ll have lying around.
    Happy Thanksgiving!

  5. Rachel, I just finished showing this post to the other ladies of Naughty Curry… we think it is the Rockin Recipe of the Month (just came up with that honorary title, actually).
AND it’s functional for using up leftover turkey. Hot damn, girl!

  6. Funny, fiance and i convinced ourselves to try out chili one of these days and bought the spice packet. he doesn’t like it too hot but i think he was feeling brave the other night as we bought a hot spice! We’ll see if he last two bites.
